Tiffany is amazing! Our dog, Poppy, absolutely loved her- she would get so excited at the door when she came to work with her. Her positive training methods are amazing! We absolutely love her!
Tiffany is incredible to work with- both my dog and I love working with her! She really gave me skills that have changed my dog in just a few months, and continues to work with us and keep up on how things are going.
Great teacher. She helped me be able to really enjoy my dogs. Highly recommend her, she’s awesome.
My puppy loves going to day school! He gets to run around with his dog friends and learns while he’s there. All of the trainers I’ve met are super kind. I have recommended COMS to multiple people!
We’ve had an excellent experience with the private dog training offered by the dog school. Our trainer, Heather, has been incredible! She’s helped us make amazing progress with our reactive pup. She’s been extremely helpful, flexible, and always enthusiastic about supporting us along the way.
I’m a bit of a helicopter dog mom and usually do all of my grooming myself. This time I decided I didn’t have the time to do a full deshed on my pup before she came with us on a trip, so I reserved an appointment at COMS. Evan did great with Imogen – she is a shy border collie who can take a minute to warm up to new people and she can be intimidating because her go to is to often growl upon meeting new folks. Evan took the time to acclimate her to the facility and to him by walking with us around the back where she could see, hear, and smell everything. I felt very comfortable that I was leaving her in good hands because of this. When we picked her up she looked and felt fantastic. We’d absolutely make the drive all the way from Dayton again in the future!
Everyone at Central Ohio Muttessori School are wonderful and amazing human beings. I got Lenny as a puppy at 8 weeks old. He started Puppy K at COMS at 9 weeks old and has been going to their day school almost every week since he was 10 weeks old. We have also done a handful of other classes at COMS over the past year. Despite doing everything right, his genetics won out in the end and he is a reactive dog. Owning this type of dog can be extremely challenging and mentally draining. Everyone at COMS has been so helpful through all of this; providing guidance, tips and tricks, and overall support throughout our journey. Many people do not understand what it is like to own a reactive dog so having a resource where I can share the highs and lows is invaluable to me. To say I could not have done it without them is an understatement. I would highly recommend this group of talented and kind souls to anyone with a dog, regardless of their age or training needs.
I came to class with my foster dog because I needed help and support. Central Ohio Muttessori School gave me both of those things, as well as hope for my foster dog. The classes at COMS gave me a framework to build a better relationship with my foster dog in order to understand her better and to help her prepare for joining someone’s family. There was never any judgement, just welcoming, positive energy. I have taken both an obedience class and a behavior modification class. The benefits of dedicating time to yourself and your dog are exponential and trickle down effects are clearly seen over time. I appreciate that there is such a variety of classes for every dog and their person. I cannot overstate the value of learning at COMS with your personal dog or even your foster dog. COMS was a monumental part of my foster’s dog journey to becoming adoptable and being the best version of herself that she can be.
